Experience
Mike began his construction career with Otto Construction in 1981 as an apprentice carpenter and has over 30 years of industry experience. With onsite experience as Project Engineer and Project Manager on a multitude of medical and commercial projects, he was promoted to Field Operations Manager in 1989, assuming responsibility for all company construction operations. Named Vice President/Operations in 1998 and appointed President in 2007, Mike takes an active role in contract negotiations, construction management, value engineering, budgeting and scheduling.
