Experience
Rick has been with Otto Construction since 1981 and is currently our Chief of Estimating. He has proven that he is effectively able to determine bid strategies for our company to be succesful and is ultimately responsible for analyzing and determining what types of projects to bid. In charge of reviewing all final estimate packages to insure accuracy and completeness, Rick is accountable for bringing in many of Otto's award winning projects throughout his tenure. He brings proactive coordination and management to all aspects of the Estimating Department and develops attack plans for new oppotunities. Rick utilizes his experience and expertise to strongly contribute to business development and is able to establish lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
