Experience
Throughout his tenure at Otto Construction, Zach has successfully managed various types of projects including community centers, senior living facilities, and transportation centers. The recent completion of K Street Promenade/St. Rose of Lima Park in downtown Sacramento, and several RT Light Rail Stations in the Folsom area, demonstrate Zach's ability to coordinate with local entities on complex projects. In addition, Zachary was the Project Manager on the Oak Park Community Center, which was the City of Sacramento's first LEED Gold certified building. Zach has a proven track record of maintaining great relationships with both his project team(s) and clients. His projects are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
