Experience
When Karen joined Otto Construction in 2001, she brought with her over 20 years of construcion experience, both in general contracting and at the subcontractor level. Her experience has given her an excellent overall understanding of construction, from the planning & design process to contract closeout. This includes preconstruction estimating, project management, field operations, budget management and safety control. Karen's management style emphasizes teamwork and communication and her attention to detail and organizational skills have proven invaluable when it comes to project coordination, time management and cost control.
