Ron started with Otto Construction in 1980. He has combined his education, design and estimating experience to achieve consistent, positive, comprehensive results. Ron has a high level of expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction. Attention to detail has been his proven trademark, ensuring quality control in every project. His very thorough understanding of design, bidding and building produce efficient construction methods with economical and competitive estimates for our clients. Ron leads the cost estimating team and provides value engineering and constructability reviews, which are then incorporated into the design, bringing projects in under budget.
