Experience
Tom graduated from California State University, Chico in 2006 with a degree in Construction Management and has since worked for Otto Construction as a project engineer on several sizable projects. His responsibilities include quality assurance / quality control, saftey monitoring and awareness, material purchasing and managing and controlling documentation for all project related processes. Tom's role on projects also encompasses providing field assistance to the project team, especially that of the project manager and superintendent. He is well-versed in the advances of LEED and has direct experience with BIM, IPD and Lean Construction Methods.
