Solano County Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The city of Vallejo celebrated the grand opening of the Solano County Health and Social Services Building.  This 58,000 square foot, three-story, design/build project was completed on time and on budget.  Project parnters include:  Solano County, Swinerton Construction Management, Johnson Fain, and TWM Architects.
