Project Description
Cosumnes River College, together with Sacramento Regional Transit, has selected Otto Construction and McCuen Properties as the developer/construction team for the new parking structure on the campus. The team will provide build to suit/financing/lease/leaseback services along with the construction of a 2,000 space, 4 story parking structure. This facility will not only serve the students, faculty and staff at the campus, but will also benefit the future expansion of the light rail system. The parking structure will be located adjacent to a light rail station, providing safe, convenient parking for light rail users.
