Project Description

This 42,840 square foot Class A office and retail building is located in the heart of downtown Napa.  It is the second building in the area, out of nine total, in which Otto Construction teamed with the Wiseman Company, a leading commercial real estate firm.  Standing three stories, Main Street West houses primarily retail and restaurant space on the first floor, and the second and third floors are used for prime office space.  This building continues to add to downtown Napa’s pedestrian friendly atmosphere.  Renowned attraction COPIA, the American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts, is a short walk away.

 
Designed by TWM Architects & Planners, a firm with which Otto has had many successful projects, the building details include steel frame construction, state-of-the-art energy management system, double-pane, tinted glass windows, controlled security system, and an elegant stone floor lobby.  Adding to the revitalization of the Napa riverfront, Main Street West is a result of the Wiseman Company vision, and the design/build team of Otto/TWM.
