Project Spotlight: CHP Truckee Field Office

Otto Construction is proud to have completed construction of the new state-of-the-art office building for the California Highway Patrol in Truckee. Delivered via design-build with LPAS Architecture + Design, the new $26M facility replaces the previous CHP offices, which were deemed inadequate and condemned. Sitting on a 5.4-acre site, the new 25,000SF office building can accommodate up to 50 officers. Some of the features include a fueling station, auto repair shop, enclosed vehicle storage, and an 89-foot radio tower. This new facility will allow the CHP officers to continue providing the highest level of safety, service, and security to the people of Truckee and the surrounding communities.
