May 8, 2015, marked the grand opening of the new Sacramento City College Student Services Building. Continuing our relationship with Los Rios Community College District and helping to add value to their many campuses throughout Northern California, this new building blends in perfectly with the look and feel of the existing surrounding structures and campus architecture. The 27,100 SF Student Services Building includes administration offices, student and class registration, assisted learning spaces, flex-space classrooms, and a state-of-the-art photography department. Otto Construction’s scope of work also included landscape and irrigation and a new surface parking lot.
