Carol is the proud owner of Otto Construction and represents the second generation of the Otto Family. She attributes the success and strength of the Otto Way to all the dedicated employees. She cheers on our team at groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, project milestones, and everything in between. Carol enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Robert started his career at Otto as an Apprentice Carpenter, steadily advancing to Foreman, Superintendent, and is now the General Superintendent. In his current position he supervises the Operations Department from the field perspective.
He also plays a vital role on the management team, the safety committee, and the business development committee. Even though he cheers for the Yankees and Cowboys, Otto Construction is lucky to have him on the team.
As Chief Estimator, Natalie leads the project team during preconstruction and handles bidding, constructability reviews and value engineering, ensuring that project stakeholders get the best possible value. You’ll have a tough time trying to keep up with Natalie outside of work because she is constantly on the move swimming, biking, running, or traveling.
However, she does enjoy relaxing with a crossword puzzle, perfecting her musical skills while playing the piano or drums, and even catching up with friends over nachos.
There is no short way of describing the plethora of responsibilities John handles, but his primary function is directing the day-to-day happenings of our Operations Department. He especially enjoys recruiting Project Managers and Project Engineers, and loves being a mentor and using his years of construction experience to help them develop their talents.
Even during his time off John continues to push himself by training for and competing in triathlons while still making time to care for his dogs, cats, goats, sheep … and Sebastian the llama.
