This project was divided in two increments. Increment I consisted of site work including a new access road, parking lot, gateway into the school campus, fencing, landscaping, and ADA improvements. All site preparation for the building was performed in Increment I including rough grading, pouring the building pad, installing utilities up to 5′ from the building footprint, and underground site electrical. Increment II was the construction of a new 24,417SF, 2-story modular classroom building containing 14 general classrooms and four S.T.E.M. classrooms. The new building sits at the campus entrance.
